Adult Wellness Circle Program Workbook (Print Edition)
A copy of this 38-page, 5 1/2" x 11" paperbound workbook is needed for each participant in an Adult Wellness Circle Program. Inside you will find the self assessment tool, lessons for each of the six sessions, and space for reflection regarding the Action steps. This booklet is designed to help the participant continue to grow during change and can also serve as a reference after the six weeks are over.
For Wellness Circles, all participants will need their own Adult Wellness Circle Program Workbook.
